Rick Hatcher is a lifelong Wichita County conservative, small business owner, and proven public servant.
Born in Wichita Falls and raised in Burkburnett, Rick has spent over 40 years working, serving, and leading in this community. He’s been elected three times to the Wichita Falls City Council, served on numerous local boards, and ran a family business for 35 years-balancing budgets, making payroll, and treating people right.
Rick believes county government should be run like a business— with integrity, accountability, and common sense.
